Wildcross Properties is a New Jersey-based real estate development and investment firm led by Andrew Anderson, a developer with over 22 years of experience across residential, commercial, and large-scale multifamily advisory.


We operate across a broad spectrum — from luxury spec homes defined by architectural conviction, to complex land entitlement and horizontal infrastructure, to the ownership and management of commercial assets. Our work is not driven by consensus or convention. We make deliberate design choices and execute them with precision.


Earlier in his career, Andrew built a national reputation advising on over 1,750 multifamily and condominium units across 19 Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Detroit developments — partnering with developers including LCOR, Bizzi & Partners, and Fortress Investments.

Andrew brings over 22 years of real estate experience spanning luxury residential development, land entitlement, horizontal construction, commercial asset management, and large-scale multifamily advisory. He began his career in New York City consulting on over 1,750 units across 19 projects with developers including LCOR, Bizzi & Partners, Fortress Investments, and David Wine of Related Companies. Today he leads all development strategy, acquisitions, and capital relationships at Wildcross Properties.

She oversees all finish selections, material palettes, color direction, and interior design coordination — ensuring each home reflects the company's commitment to restrained luxury and architectural conviction. Christie's eye is central to what sets Wildcross apart: spaces that make a statement without saying too much.

Matt oversees day-to-day business operations and manages individual properties across the Wildcross Properties portfolio. He keeps development projects on schedule and on budget — coordinating between ownership, contractors, and tenants to ensure seamless execution at every stage.
