She oversees all finish selections, material palettes, color direction, and interior design coordination — ensuring each home reflects the company's commitment to restrained luxury and architectural conviction. Matt oversees day-to-day business operations and manages individual properties across the Wildcross Properties portfolio. He keeps development projects on schedule and on budget — coordinating between ownership, contractors, and tenants to ensure seamless execution at every stage.
